LuminExcel Shipping Policy

At LuminExcel, we are committed to delivering your lighting fixtures as quickly as possible, anywhere in Canada.

Delivery Times

We offer two types of product availability:

In-stock products Items available in inventory are shipped within 1 to 3 business days following your order confirmation. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your region.

Made-to-order products Some of our products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers. For these items, the total delivery time is 7 to 14 business days. The product page or order confirmation will indicate if your item is affected.

Delivery Zones

We deliver across Canada, including all provinces and territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. Some orders may qualify for free shipping depending on current promotions.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time via the provided link.

Multiple Orders

If you order multiple items, some of which are in stock and others made-to-order, you may receive several separate deliveries, at no additional cost.

Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the indicated timeframe, or if it is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately at infolumin2026@gmail.com — we will handle your case as quickly as possible.
